What is a Merch Box?
A Merch Box is a fanmade collaborative product featuring various artists. You can find more info at Fanlore
What are the ship/dynamics for this zine?
This Merch Box is focusing on Himiko Toga/Ochako Ururaka from Boku No Hero Academia.
Other ships/characters may be depicted but ultimately TgChk must remain the main focus.
Pitches with ship based content that focuses on another ship won’t be approved.
Will you have Merch Artist applications?
No. Since our project has such a short timeline, this unfortunately does not align with scheduling applications. As a result, this project will be invite-only based on Interest Check recommendations.
How many pieces are you requiring Artists to create?
Each merch artist will be required to complete a minimum of 3 pieces, UNLESS they are completing a print. Prints will require full backgrounds and with such stipulations the mod team understands that they can take more time than something such as a die cut sticker or charm.
Is this project for profit?
Yes, this project will be for-profit with any remaining funds after costs for contributor compensation. The starting guaranteed compensation will be digital bundles and upwards as funds allow.
What are the content restrictions?
This is a SFW only project.
As for costumes- any costumes or depictions that the mod team deems to be cultural appropriation, racist or offensive will not be permitted.
